Running Custom Dashboards

Users can run dashboards for which they have been granted access.

When a dashboard is run, the latest data is displayed in the various charts and pivot views in the dashboard.

To run a dashboard:

1. From Home, click Dashboards, then Custom.

   The Dashboards page is displayed.

2. Do one of the following:
   • Click the dashboard you want to run and then click the Run icon.
   • Click the Actions icon for the dashboard you want to run and select Run.

   • Open a dashboard and click the Run icon.

     The dashboard is displayed in runtime mode in a new tab with the latest data.

3. If required, filter the displayed data. See Applying Filters to Data Displayed Within Custom Dashboards.
