Add a Confidential Application

Follow the instructions mentioned on this page to add Confidential Application.

When you reach the step to click the OAuth configuration tab and click Edit OAuth configuration, perform the following steps:

1. Select Configure the application as a client now.
2. Select the following Allowed grant types in the Authorization section:
   • Resource owner
   • Client credentials
   • Refresh token
3. Click Submit.

   Note:

   For any integration or using Oracle Cloud service with Address, Email, and Phone Verification APIs, you require the client credentials. Use these steps:

   1. Copy the Client ID in the General Information section.
   2. Copy the Show secret information in the Client secret section.
4. Click Actions > Activate.
