Use specialized reload for Accounts Receivable and Receivable Aging You can use a specialized data reload for Accounts Receivable and Receivables Aging functional areas in the following scenarios:
  • Accounts Receivable: To reprocess data for payment schedule deletion scenarios, schedule a specialized data reload for the Accounts Receivable functional area instead of performing a full reload.
  • Receivable Aging: To ensure that back-dated transactions are reflected in the appropriate aging snapshots, schedule a specialized data reload for the Receivable Aging functional area.

You can schedule specialized data reload jobs to run daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, based on your business requirements.

Important Considerations: A specialized data reload processes only data that has already been loaded into the fact tables. It doesn't process incremental inserts or updates.

If records are deleted or back-dated transactions are created between an incremental data load and a specialized data reload, those changes might remain visible in the fact tables and the corresponding subject area until the specialized data reload is completed.

Changes in Accounts Receivable functional area Currently, in the AR Transactions and AR Revenue subject areas, you see only accounted transactions and distributions if you've activated the Accounts Receivable functional area. To also analyze unaccounted transactions, you must activate the AR Unaccounted Transactions functional area. Starting with release 26.R4, with activation of the Accounts Receivable functional area, you can see both accounted and unaccounted transactions in the AR Transactions and AR Revenue subject areas. This is required so that transactions with invoicing rules that don't have all the revenue recognized show the transaction and the line amounts correctly. If you only want to view the accounted distributions in your reports, you must use the Accounted Indicator attribute to filter just the accounted transactions.
Planned deprecation of AR Revenue tables The DW_AR_SLA_REVENUE_AGG_CF table used by the AR Revenue subject area is planned for deprecation in a future release. If you have any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using this table (for example, Joins), replace it with the DW_AR_ACC_UNACC_REVENUE_CF table to avoid errors and upgrade failures.
Planned deprecation of AP tables

From release 27.R1 onwards, DW_AP_SLA_PAYMENTS_CA aren't populated, and will be deprecated in release 27.R2. Use DW_AP_SLA_PAYMENTS_ALL_CA instead.

From release 27.R1 onwards, PAYMENT_HIST_DIST_ID and REVERSED_PAY_HIST_DIST_ID in DW_AP_SLA_PAYMENTS_CF will default to -99999. Use PAYMENT_HIST_DIST_ID_1 and REVERSED_PAY_HIST_DIST_ID_1, starting in release 26.R4.

If you have any custom reports, customizations, or extensions using these objects, make the necessary changes to avoid errors and upgrade failures.

Prepare your external application On June 1, 2026, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence will upgrade the technology for semantic modeling to improve the platform's capabilities. To ensure your external applications continue to work without interruption, review and update your semantic model to meet the latest standards before this date. See Prepare Your External Applications.
Migrate to the Sandbox framework for semantic model extensions On September 1, 2026, The Branch framework for semantic model extensions will be deprecated. If your Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instance uses the Branch framework, you must migrate to the Sandbox framework. If you don't manually migrate from the Branch framework to the Sandbox framework, all the customizations in the Branch framework are automatically transferred to the Sandbox framework in release 26.R3, and the Branch framework won't be available. See Migrate to the Sandbox Framework for Semantic Model Extensions.
Replace sandbox external applications in the target environment When you’re deploying the semantic extensions bundle or the composite bundle, you can either merge the sandbox external application in the target environment or replace it. Deploying with the Sandbox External App option selected completely overwrites all external applications in the target instance. Before proceeding, create a bundle in the target instance to avoid any accidental permanent loss of content. See Deploy a Bundle

Starting with release 26.R3, with activation of the Accounts Receivable functional area, you can see both accounted and unaccounted transactions in the AR Transactions and AR Revenue subject areas. This is required so that transactions with invoicing rules that don't have all the revenue recognized show the transaction and the line amounts correctly. In case you only want to view the accounted distributions in your reports, you must use the Accounted Indicator attribute to filter just the accounted transactions.
Deprecation of GL Segment-related tables

The following GL Segment tables are deprecated in release 26.R2 and should not be used. If you've any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using these tables (for example, Joins), then change them with the listed alternative table to avoid errors and upgrade failures.

DW_GL_SEGMENT_D_TL - Use DW_GL_SEGMENT1...10_D_TL

GL Linkage table changes As previously communicated, the table DW_GL_SLA_SUBLEDGER_LINKAGE_G is no longer populated starting with release 25.R3.
Deprecation of tables and columns The listed Receiving tables and columns are getting deprecated in 26.R2. If you have any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using these tables (for example, Joins), replace them with the listed alternative table to avoid errors and upgrade failures:
  • DW_RCV_TRANSACTIONS_CF table from the Purchasing functional area - Use DW_PO_RECEIPT_TRANSACTIONS_CF from the Purchasing functional area
  • DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PO_LINE_UNIT_PRICE column - Use DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PRICE_OVERRIDE column
  • DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PO_LINE_PUOM_UNIT_PRICE column - Use DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PUOM_PRICE_OVERRIDE column
Prebuilt analysis changes

You can view the changes to prompts and filters like mandatory selection (single and multiselect) and defaulting values in the prebuilt analysis and additional changes to the prebuilt analysis. See Prebuilt Analysis Changes spreadsheet for the detailed list of changes.

Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics

Feature Description
New subject area The HCM - Careers of Interest - Public (Preview) subject area focuses on the analysis of talent market dynamics based on careers people had favorited by examining the relationship between model profiles favorited and the skills they require. It provides valuable insights into the demand and supply of talent across industries and regions. By mapping required skills of favorited career and comparing them against the skills availability of professionals, this domain helps stakeholders identify talent gaps, emerging skill trends, and workforce planning opportunities. This subject area enables analysis on career of interests marked as public (non-private).
New Matrix Manager Hierarchy dimension A new Matrix Manager Hierarchy dimension is added across multiple HCM subject areas under the Hierarchies folder. This Hierarchy renders data related to all Manager Types except the Line Manager Type. You should apply a filter on a specific manager type while reporting. Below are the subject areas where this Hierarchy is added:
  • HCM - Workforce Core
  • HCM - Workforce Absence Management
  • HCM - Workforce Time and Labor Management
  • HCM - Workforce Rewards - Salary Basis
  • HCM - Talent Profile
  • HCM - Talent Review Meetings
  • HCM - Performance Management

  • HCM - Talent Profile Marketplace
  • HCM - Health and Safety Incidents
  • HCM - Employment Contracts

Note:

Reports that include the Matrix Manager hierarchy only display workers who have a Matrix Manager defined in Cloud HCM. Workers without this information are excluded from the results
Learning Module subject area update and deprecation of HCM - Learning As part of our ongoing improvements to Oracle HCM Cloud, three new subject areas have been added to the Learning module.
  • HCM - Learning Items and Enrollments
  • HCM - Specialization Rating and Profile Outcome
  • HCM - Course - Offering Rating and Profile Outcome

These new subject areas deliver enhanced reporting capabilities and greater flexibility when analyzing learning data.

The existing HCM - Learning subject area is scheduled for deprecation in release 26.R4. After this release, the subject area won't be available.

Action Required: To ensure uninterrupted reporting, if you're using the HCM - Learning subject area for dashboards or analytics, you must migrate to the new subject areas before release 26.R4. Review your existing reports and dashboards and update them to use the newly created subject areas.

Manager hierarchy dimensions The manager Hierarchy dimensions (Manager Hierarchy and Assignment Manager List) shows all managers in the logged-in user’s hierarchy, including the logged-in user. If you haven't done so already, ensure that you have configured the security to prevent people from seeing their own record's metrics. Go to Console/Reporting Configuration/Human Capital Management and ensure that View own context is set to 'No'. See Why aren't Manager Hierarchy and Assignment Manager List Dimension secured by prebuilt HCM Line Manager Data Security? in Frequently Asked Questions.

Feature Description
Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) Attribute Mapper Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) have a maximum supported length of 999 characters per column. Columns exceeding this limit are no longer supported because they can impact system performance. Existing DFF columns that are already over 999 characters continue to work as long as their mappings remain unchanged. If there's a strong business requirement, you can submit a service request to re-enable legacy behavior for such columns, with the understanding that this may lead to reduced system performance.
Prevent timeouts while extracting data from the Oracle Analytics Publisher reports with large data sets While configuring the extraction of data from the Oracle Analytics Publisher in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications using the Oracle BI Publisher connector in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, you can set up the eligible reports to run in chunk mode. Use the Run In Chunk Mode option if the reports have huge data and can potentially time out when generating the report. With this option, you can specify chunk filters such as “chunk days” to prevent timeouts for the Oracle Analytics Publisher reports with large data sets. See Load Data from Oracle Analytics Publisher into Fusion Data Intelligence.
Notification email in connection management has been deprecated The notification email is no longer part of connection management. Notifications related to connections are sent to the notification email provided for the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instance. You're highly recommended to use an email distribution list instead of individual email for notifications. See Update the Notification Email.

Platform 26.R1.P6 - March 2026

Feature Description
Configure centralized access control under Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence You can configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse from Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, enabling you to define, enforce, and manage network access policies directly from Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instead of configuring them separately. Both Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse defer to Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence polices for ACL enforcement, simplifying administration and aligning network access management for access controls under a single framework. See Configure the Access Control List.
Planned deprecation of the Enterprise Calendar option on the Reporting Configuration page and the Gregorian option in the Enterprise Calendar list of values The Enterprise Calendar option on the Reporting Configuration page is planned for deprecation in release 26.R2. This option will be available on the Pipeline Parameters page, but the Gregorian calendar won’t be available for selection in the Enterprise Calendar list of values. Only fiscal calendars will be available.

Select a fiscal calendar if you've selected the Gregorian calendar on the Reporting Configuration page. If you don't have a fiscal calendar that aligns with the Gregorian calendar, create a temporary fiscal calendar that mimics the Gregorian calendar and select that calendar. Making this configuration change ensures that your current reports with Enterprise Calendar attributes don't display blank values when you upgrade to the release 26.R2. There's no action required if you're not using Enterprise Calendar attributes in your reporting. Also, if you’ve currently set up a fiscal calendar as your option on the Reporting Configuration page, the system transfers your selection to the Pipeline Parameters page upon upgrade. You don’t need to take any action. Contact Oracle Support if you’ve further questions.

Semantic Model bundle performance improvement The Semantic Model bundle feature automatically updates between March 25 and March 26, 2026 to improve deployment performance. If you're using an external application with the sandbox framework, you must regenerate your Semantic Model bundles after this update. Bundles created before this date won't be supported for deployment to other instances.
AOR-based person security profile data roles are generated by default for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence users.

After Platform release 26.R1.P6 (March 2026), all AOR-based person security profile data roles are generated by default.

In the Settings tab on the Security page, the following AOR-based security configuration options aren't available for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence users:

  • Generate Data Roles for Person Security Profiles Using Responsibility Type, Scope of Responsibility, and Additional Criteria
    • Fusion Data Intelligence data roles are automatically provisioned based on the Oracle Cloud HCM person security profiles with responsibility types and scope of responsibilities. However, no additional criteria specified are considered as part of the data roles.
    • For person security profiles with additional criteria, you must create custom data roles in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence to apply the additional criteria.
  • Unsecure OOTB Context-Based Dimensions
    • For non-AOR based data roles, the four prebuilt context (Business Unit, Legal Entity, Country, and Department) dimensions are unsecured by default when a user has the corresponding prebuilt data roles.

Platform 26.R1 - March 2026

Use the Oracle Object Storage Service Targets connector to share data (Preview) The Oracle Object Storage Service Targets connector enables you to publish data from Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence to Oracle Object Storage targets for data sharing and for capturing details of data changed in the warehouse. See Configure the Connection to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage (Preview).
Custom system descriptive flex fields scheduled for migration Your custom system descriptive flex fields are scheduled for migration and reconfiguration as new custom descriptive flex fields. Once your custom data is published, review and edit the migrated descriptive flex field attributes as applicable. After the migration, if you add new descriptive flex field attributes in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, they won’t be carried over automatically. You must add them manually using the custom DFF attribute mapper. See Extend Data with Custom Data Configurations.
View Integration Type for Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instances To enhance the user experience and clarity, the Instances page includes an Integration Type column, and the Details page includes an Integration Type field. These user interface enhancements make it easier to distinguish between integrated and standalone instances.
Rotate the Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse wallet To maintain a secure connection and meet compliance requirements, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence automatically rotates the wallet for the Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse every 90 days (default) if you haven't rotated it within the compliance window. You can optionally configure a different wallet rotation frequency of 30, 60, or 90 days based on your security and operational requirements. See Rotate the Wallet for the Oracle Autonomous AI Lakehouse.
Validate the private Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence endpoint during instance creation Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence validates your configuration settings at key steps throughout the private endpoint creation process. If you’re missing a required setting or policy, the system displays an error message, enabling you to address the specific configuration issue before proceeding. This proactive error handling streamlines the deployment experience by minimizing failed provisioning attempts and enabling faster problem resolution. See Prerequisites for a Private Endpoint.
Deprecation of the notification email in connection management With an upcoming release, the notification email won't be part of connection management. Notifications related to connections are sent to the notification email provided for the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instance. You're highly recommended to use an email distribution list instead of individual email for notifications. See Update the Notification Email.

Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics

Feature Description
Enhanced subject areas These subject areas have been enhanced as follows:
  • Added the Supplier Payment Days (Aggregate) metric under the Facts - AP Payments folder in Financials - AP Payments subject area. This metric shows the average number of days taken to fully pay installments, based on aggregated supplier-level data.
  • Added the AP Supplier Payment Days key metric in Financials - AP Payments subject area. This key metric is based on Supplier Payment Days (Aggregate).
Updates to prebuilt analyses These prebuilt analyses have the following updates:
  • The AP Avg Payment Days visualization in the Payables Overview Dashboard is updated to use the AP Supplier Payment Days key metric.
  • The AP Payments Analysis Detail Dashboard is updated to use the new Supplier Payment Days (Aggregate) metric instead of the Avg Supplier Payment Days metric to improve performance.
Planned deprecation of the AR Aging tables The following AR Aging tables that are no longer in use are planned for deprecation in release 26.R3:
  • DW_AR_AGING_INV_RCPT_CUSTOMER_CA
  • DW_AR_SLA_AGING_CUSTOMER_CA
  • DW_AR_AGING_RCPT_CUSTOMER_CA
  • DW_AR_AGING_INVOICE_RECEIPT_CA
  • DW_AR_SLA_AGING_INVOICE_CA
  • DW_AR_AGING_RECEIPT_CA
Changes in the Accounts Receivable functional area

Currently, in the AR Transactions and AR Revenue subject areas, you see only accounted transactions and distributions if you've activated the Accounts Receivable functional area. To also analyze unaccounted transactions, you must activate the AR Unaccounted Transactions functional area. Starting with release 26.R2, with activation of the Accounts Receivable functional area, you can see both accounted and unaccounted transactions in the AR Transactions and AR Revenue subject areas. This is required so that transactions with invoicing rules that don't have all the revenue recognized display the transaction and the line amounts correctly. In case, you only want to view the accounted distributions in your reports, you must use the Accounted Indicator attribute to filter the accounted transactions.

If you have customizations on AR Transactions and AR Revenue subject areas, ensure to update the customizations or extensions to use the new facts to avoid any errors and upgrade failures. Replace DW_AR_SLA_SCHEDULES_CF with DW_AR_ACC_UNACC_SCHEDULES_CF and DW_AR_SLA_REVENUE_AGG_CF with DW_AR_ACC_UNACC_REVENUE_CF.

Planned deprecation of the GL Segment related tables The GL Segment table, DW_GL_SEGMENT_D_TL, is planned for deprecation in release 26.R2 and you must not use it. If you've any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using this table (for example, Joins), replace it with the DW_GL_SEGMENT1...10_D_TL table to avoid errors and upgrade failures.
GL Linkage table changes As previously communicated, the table DW_GL_SLA_SUBLEDGER_LINKAGE_G is no longer populated starting with release 25.R3.
Planned deprecation of the AR Revenue tables The DW_AR_SLA_REVENUE_AGG_CF table used by the AR Revenue subject area is planned for deprecation in a future release. If you've any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using this table (for example, Joins), replace it with the DW_AR_ACC_UNACC_REVENUE_CF table to avoid errors and upgrade failures.
Usage Tracking workbook The Usage Tracking workbook will be replaced by the Usage Tracking Analysis Dashboard in release 26.R2. This dashboard enables you to gain insights into system usage and query performance.
Planned deprecation of the Receiving tables and columns The listed Receiving tables and columns are planned for deprecation in release 26.R2. If you've any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using these tables (for example, Joins), replace them with the listed alternative table to avoid errors and upgrade failures:
  • DW_RCV_TRANSACTIONS_CF table from the Purchasing functional area - Use DW_PO_RECEIPT_TRANSACTIONS_CF from the Purchasing functional area
  • DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PO_LINE_UNIT_PRICE column - Use DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PRICE_OVERRIDE column
  • DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PO_LINE_PUOM_UNIT_PRICE column - Use DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PUOM_PRICE_OVERRIDE column

Oracle Fusion SCM Analytics

Feature Description
Enhanced subject area The Component Shortage (Preview) feature in the Manufacturing functional area provides the required attributes and metrics within the Manufacturing Work Orders and Materials subject areas to analyze shortages across a manufacturing organization. To enable this feature, run or schedule the ESS job "Calculate Material Availability" in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and activate the Manufacturing functional area in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
Planned deprecation

Receiving feature (SCM - Inventory Receipts) that's part of the Inventory Management functional area is planned for deprecation in release 26.R1 (26.R1.P3). Use the generally available Receipts functional area associated with the SCM - Inventory Receipts subject area. See Offerings and Functional Areas.

The Receipts functional area includes additional data covering all document types. To view only Inventory Receipts data and maintain consistency with earlier behavior, you must apply a filter where Document Type is not equal to "Purchase Order".

The Fact – Receipts folder is permanently hidden; you must use the Facts – Inventory Receipts folder going forward and update existing reports to reference the metrics from this folder.

The Lot and Serial folders are also permanently hidden; you must use the Lot Details and Serial Number Details folders instead and update existing reports to reference attributes from these folders. Previously, the Lot and Serial folders were defined at the Lot-level grain. Going forward, they use DW_RCV_TXN_LOT_SERIALNUMBER_CF, and the grain shifts to the Transaction level.

Planned deprecation of tables and columns The listed Receiving tables and columns that are part of the Inventory Management functional area are planned for deprecation in release 26.R1 (26.R1.P3). Activate the Receiving functional area and use the listed tables and columns. If you've any custom analyses, customizations, or extensions using these tables (for example, Joins), change them with the specified alternative table to avoid errors and upgrade failures:
  • DW_INVENTORY_RECEIPT_CF table - Use DW_RECEIVING_CF table.
  • DW_INV_RECEIPT_LOT_SERIALNUMBER_CF table - Use DW_RCV_TXN_LOT_SERIALNUMBER_CF table.
  • DW_RCV_TRANSACTIONS_CF is planned for removal from the Inventory management functional area. Use the same table, DW_RCV_TRANSACTIONS_CF, available in the Receiving functional area.
  • DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PO_LINE_UNIT_PRICE column - Use DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PRICE_OVERRIDE column.
  • DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PO_LINE_PUOM_UNIT_PRICE column - Use DW_RCV_SHIPMENTS_CF table and PUOM_PRICE_OVERRIDE column.
Columns deprecated In the Manufacturing functional area, the Work Order Asset functionality is deprecated. Following are the data model changes because of this deprecation and you must remove any usage of this entity in your data augmentations:
  • Manufacturing (FA_MANUFACTURING) functional area is impacted
  • DW_MFG_WORK_ORDERS_CF.WORK_ORDER_ASSET_ID and DW_MFG_WORK_ORDERS_CF.ASSET_ID fact columns to be deprecated
  • DW_CXSR_INSTALLED_BASE_ASSETS_D_TL and DW_CXSR_CURRENT_LOCATION_CONTEXT_CODE_D_TL objects to be removed from the functional area
Usage Tracking workbook The Usage Tracking workbook will be replaced by the Usage Tracking Analysis Dashboard in release 26.R2. This dashboard enables you to gain insights into system usage and query performance.
