❇ Create Your Implementation Team

Your implementation team creates and executes the implementation plan and makes most of the implementation decisions.

Ensure that the team is broad-based, with representatives from your user community, application functional leadership, and cloud administrative specialists. Ideally, the team is composed of those who can dedicate significant time to the implementation.

The leader of your team acts as a liaison between your organization, your implementation partner, Oracle’s worldwide customer support, your customer success team, and the engineering community. Refer to the recommended implementation roles and their responsibilities while forming your implementation team. One person can perform some of the roles and responsibilities listed in the recommendations. For example, a service administrator can also serve as a security administrator.
