Delete a Sandbox

You must delete all sandboxes that are no longer required.

Before you delete your sandbox, make sure you remove the unnecessary customizations such as dimensions and joins within the Logical Stars to avoid creating orphans that can cause errors in the semantic model. Start deletion at the lowest level. To unblock deletions of the referenced objects in the Logical Star, first delete the specific objects within the Subject Area, or delete the entire Subject Area.

1. Sign in to your service.
2. In Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Console, click Semantic Model Extensions under Application Administration.
3. On the Semantic Model Extensions page, click User Extensions.
4. Under Customizations Sandboxes, hover over the sandbox you want to delete, view Actions, and then click Delete Sandbox.
5. In the Confirm Delete dialog box, click Delete to permanently delete the sandbox.
