Under the Select Data Models to Index heading is a note When you index data, it's visible to all users who have access to that column. Take care not to index data for columns that contain sensitive data, as this will expose the sensitive data values in any place those columns can be searched.

In the Select Data Models to Index pane is a list of Data Models showing the Assistant checkboxes, the option to Homepage Search, the Crawl Status, and Synonyms.

At the top right of the page you can use the Save icon or the Run now icon. You can also use the Help icon.
