AI Concierge for Administrators
Users with administrator privileges can ask administrative questions and use AI Concierge to help perform tasks such as activating functional areas, enabling features, creating data extensions, and configuring data pipeline parameters under their supervision.
Administrators can use AI Concierge in a full-page view for better readability or switch to in-console view (side panel) while using the admin pages. Administrators can start a new chat, use quick links for common questions, and use seamless access to AI assistance without disrupting the workflow.
Administrators can ask AI Concierge administrator-related questions such as:
- Information queries: How do I activate a functional area?
- Pipeline refresh status: What's the estimated completion time for my daily data refresh?
- Frequent Data Refresh: Is Accounts payable selected for frequent data refresh?
- Reload Data Schedule: Which Functional Areas are not configured in the reload data schedule?
Administrators can ask AI Concierge task-related questions such as:
- Data augmentation: Extend invoices with collector name and date of issue.
- Configuration: Activate HCM Benefits functional area.
You're always in control because for each task it first shows you what steps must be performed to accomplish your goal, and it acts only with your consent.
