AI Concierge for Consumers
Non-admin users can access the AI Concierge Home page in full-page view for informational queries only.
AI Concierge is primarily used by administrators. Sometimes, non-admin might require instance related information such as configurations for pipeline or status of data refreshes. When a non-admin user submits any request that can be performed only by administrators, AI Concierge lists the required actions and directs the user to contact an administrator to complete the actions.
Consumers (non-admin users) log in with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Administration Console URL as Consumer and view AI Concierge in expanded or full screen mode.
The following example shows how AI Concierge responds to data refresh monitoring queries, including the last refresh time, next scheduled refresh, refresh status in progress, and details of the most recent completed refresh. Users can ask natural language questions to quickly access refresh schedules, progress updates, and the historical refresh metrics.
The following example shows how AI Concierge responds when the user requests an administrative action. AI Concierge displays the required setup steps but prevents the user from continuing because the action requires administrator privileges.
