Purchasing Targets Configuration Purpose

The FILE_PURCH_TARGET_FS dataset is used during the ETL process to load Procurement KPI target values into the analytics repository.

The configured targets are used for:

• KPI Target vs Actual comparisons

• Procurement Performance dashboards

• Executive scorecards

• Trend and variance analysis

• Business Unit performance reporting
