Spend Categories Configuration Example

The following table illustrates a sample configuration of the FILE_ORA_OP_SPEND_CATEGORY dataset.

In the first row, the Procurement Category Office Supplies (Category ID 123) is mapped to the Spend Category INDIRECT_SPEND. During ETL processing, all transactions associated with this Procurement Category are classified under the Indirect Spend reporting category.

Similarly, each row maps a Procurement Category to a Spend Category used for procurement reporting and analytics.
