Get Started with Fusion Operational Analytics

As an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence service administrator, you need to perform these steps when you set up Fusion Operational Analytics for the first time.

1. Verify that you can view the Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence subject areas in the Data page.
2. Grant users access to the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instance.

   You can assign the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence licensed groups (also known as system groups) to the Fusion Operational Analytics users to grant access to the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence instance.

   If the user is already an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence user, no action is needed here. See Licensed Roles.

3. Make sure the appropriate duty roles are assigned in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications security console to provide users the access to Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence subject areas and catalog objects.
4. Configure data model search index to allow search of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence subject areas and attributes/metrics.
