A KPI's status and score are determined by comparing its actual value against the target(s) and thresholds that you define. The performance status of a KPI is represented by the color and associated status shown on the card.
For example, for a product sales KPI in which high values are desirable, you can define ranges. Thresholds are the numeric values that separate the ranges. You can set the custom thresholds on personal cards for KPIs that will override the color coding provided by the common threshold state set in the KPI itself.
|Evaluation Range Rule||Threshold||Name||Status Indicator|
|Profit is 100% of Target or higher||Greater than or equal to 100%||Good||Green|
|Profit is between 70-100% of Target||Between 70% and 100%||Warning||Yellow|
|Profit is 70% of Target or lower||Less than or equal to 70%||Critical||Red|
