Preview and Edit Job Data Stores

On the Job Details page, you can modify the job details. You can also view or modify the details of the associated data stores.

Edit Job Details

  1. On the Job Details page, click the Edit button.

  2. Modify the job name and description, if required.

  3. To add or remove offerings, click the Offerings list and select or deselect the Enable for Extract check box for the identified offerings.

  4. Click Save.

Edit Job Data Store Details

  1. On the Job Details page, click the data store name that's listed in the Data Store column. The link opens the data store page.

  2. Click Edit Data Store Details. On the Data Store Settings page, you can do the following:

    • Click the Download Sample CSV File to validate the data store and download a sample CSV file.

    • Add or modify the Query Filter.
      Note: Filters up to 4,000 characters are supported.
    • Select or deselect the Data Store Options.

  3. Click Save.

Select Columns

  1. On the Job Details page, click the data store name that's listed in the Data Store column. The link opens the data store page.

  2. Click Select Columns. On the Data Store Column Selection page, you can do the following:

    • Click the Download Sample CSV File to validate the data store and download a sample CSV file.

    • Include or exclude the data store columns based on your extract preferences.

  3. Click Save.
