How Do I Support Users Who Are Running Scheduled Processes?

As your users proceed to submit and manage scheduled processes, you need to support them by performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that the queue of scheduled processes keeps moving.

Make sure you have a custom role with the Administrator Role so that you can view, update (includes changing process priority), and cancel processes that other users have submitted, not just yours.
