Mapping of Setup Activities and Required Roles

Details about how roles and activities are mapped are presented in two sections. The first section introduces the opt-in and setup activities, and indicates which roles are required to complete those activities. The second section introduces the roles, and highlights the activities that each role is entitled to perform.

Setup Activities and the Required Roles

In this table, review the opt-in and setup activities, and the roles that are required to perform those activities. The first column lists all the setup activities and the second one lists the roles.

Caution: Although Application Implementation Consultant role is listed in the table, only assign it to users strictly on a need basis if absolutely necessary and for a temporary duration. Instead, it’s recommended that you create a custom role based on the tasks they need and assign that custom role to the relevant users. While creating custom roles, make sure only the required privileges are assigned.
