After you run a diagnostic test, if you observe any errors, you can submit the error
details to your Oracle Support for analysis. Here are the steps to add a test to an
incident.
-
On the Diagnostic Dashboard, go to the Run Status
section.
-
Click the Find list and select a relevant option to
display the list of tests. Or, click the Search Test Runs
icon and specify a criteria to display the diagnostic test.
-
Select the diagnostic test that you want to submit and click Add to
Incident.
-
On the Select Incident dialog box, enter the following details:
- ADR Home: Search for and select the path of the Automatic Diagnostic
Repository where you want to store this test as an incident. If you
don't know the path, check with your help desk.
- Problem: Select the predefined problem key to associate the test result
with.
- Incident: Select the predefined incident type.
-
Click OK. You receive a confirmation that the test run
report is successfully added to the specified incident and stored in the
specified ADR path.
