PSC Reference Entity Administration	Allows users to administer reference entities.
PSC Reference Entity Inquiry	Allows users to view reference entities.
PSC Reference Entity Management	Allows users to manage reference entities.
Purchasing List of Values and Attribute Defaulting REST	Allows access to purchasing REST services for deriving attribute values.
Skills Library Administration	Allows administration of the skills library, including the running of skills advisor processes.
