Enter Text Translations for Existing Strings

Install English language in your application.

Create and activate Sandbox1.

Click the Search and Replace tab, which is the default tab you see.

In the Find field, enter the text, "page".

In the Replace field, enter the text, "work area".

Click Search.

Preview and adjust changes in your search results.

Click Replace Strings.

Test and verify all messages and pages affected by the text changes. Be sure to test across all applications.

Publish Sandbox1.
Your replacement text for the existing string is now available to all users.
