Validate Descriptive Flexfields

Before deploying your descriptive flexfields, you can validate their values to identify and fix errors in advance.

Here are the steps:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Descriptive Flexfields task in the Application Extensions functional area.

2. On the Manage Descriptive Flexfields page, use the text fields in the Search section to search for a descriptive flexfield.

3. Select the descriptive flexfield and click Actions Validate Flexfield.

4. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
