Why are certain navigation entries not available to users?

Probably due to these reasons:

  • The page entry or quick action, or the group under which they're categorized might be hidden. Make them visible using the Structure work area.

  • The offering associated with the group or page entry isn't enabled for the user. Enable it using the Offerings work area.

  • The user might not have the required privileges. Make sure the privileges are assigned by the security administrator.
