Create and Edit Quick Actions
For groups with associated quick actions, let's take a look at how you can create and edit quick actions. You can also edit quick action groups, which are used to group some related quick actions.

In Sandboxes, create a sandbox or enter an existing one. Make sure the sandbox has the Structure tool.

From the sandbox Tools menu, select Structure.

Select the name of any group that has quick actions.

On the Edit Group page, select the Quick Actions tab.

Do one of these steps based on your need and proceed to Step 6:

Select Create.

Expand a quick action group and select a quick action name to edit.

Expand a quick action group, select a quick action name and then select Create Duplicate to duplicate it.

Provide a name for the quick action.

Search for and select an image for the quick action.

Select the quick action group you want to place this quick action in.

(Only for editing a quick action) If you want the quick action to appear in the quick action list on the home page, select the Show as quick action link on home checkbox.

From the Visible list, choose whether to display the quick action on the home page.
If you select EL Expression, the evaluation of the EL expression decides whether the quick action will be visible for specific user roles. Select Edit
next to the list and enter an expression without line breaks or
double quotes. Validate the EL expression and make sure it evaluates to true
or false. -
From the Mobile Enabled list, specify whether the quick action will be available for mobile devices.

Select a link type and configure the link details. See Configure Links for Page Entries and Quick Actions.
Note: When you're editing a quick action, you can change the link configuration only for custom quick actions. -
Save the quick action and publish the sandbox.
Edit Quick Action Groups

In Sandboxes, create a sandbox or enter an existing one. Make sure the sandbox has the Structure tool.

From the sandbox Tools menu, select Structure.

Select the name of any group that has quick actions.

On the Edit Group page, select the Quick Actions tab.

Select the name of the quick action group.

Rename the group.

From the Visible list, choose whether to display the quick action group and its quick actions on the home page.
