Fusion AI | How can I give users access to AI agents?

The instructions in this video apply to these products.

Start by enabling the required profile options.

Go to the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

Now, set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration profile option, and then set the Enable VBCS Progressive Web Application User Interface profile option.

Use the security console to create a custom job role that provides access to AI agents.

Make sure to enable permission groups.

On the Function Security Policies page, add the Access Intelligent Agent Chat privilege, and on the Role Hierarchy page, add the Fai Genai Agent Runtime Duty role. Then save the custom role.

From the Users tab, select the user you want to assign the custom role to.

Then edit the user account and add the role.

Add the custom role to an agent team.

On the AI Agent Studio page, edit the agent team and add the custom role using the security settings.

Then publish the agent team.

To open this page, add agent-explore to the end of the URL for AI Agent Studio.

Users with this custom role can now access their assigned AI agents from the AI Agents page.
