Cross-Product Features | Learn about release updates using readiness material

Click Human Resources.

Readiness material tells you what’s new and changed in a release update, and gives you other information to help you prepare for the update.

Click the Cloud Readiness link.

You might start by creating a personalized report, to get a list of new features for the pillars, products, or modules that you select, for specific release updates.

Click the Create or View Reports link.

In the Search field, enter human.

In the Search results, click Human Capital Management.

Click Updates and select 25C.

You can get information about specific features from here, or download a spreadsheet for more details about all these features, which you can filter on.

Click Download Report.

For each feature, there are key dates, a description, and a summary of any actions required to enable the feature.

Highlight Date Added column.

Instead of generating reports with your own criteria, you can also quickly see--for all products--all the features from the past 2 years, all the Redwood features, and all the features with AI.

Click All Features (Last 2 Years).

Click All Redwood Features.

Click All AI Features.

You can also open a What’s New document to directly get to details about the features in a specific product and release update.

Click the Benefits What’s New 25D link.

Let’s browse the features and take a look at one of them.

In the Table of Contents, expand Benefits, expand Benefits and then click Upload Billing and Payment Data Through HDL or HSDL.

To see all the features, click Expand All.

Highlight the Expand All icon.

The Feature Summary shows you which features require you to take action to make them available to end users…and which are enabled by default.

In the Table of Contents click Feature Summary.

Click the Features with Opt-In Expiration link.

Now, let’s check the Features with Opt In Expiration, to see when a feature from any product is no longer optional. You might have to take additional action to make the feature ready for users to use.

In the Table of Contents, click Current Expiration Features.

Click Readiness in the page path to go back to the Readiness home page.

Finally, you can also watch readiness demos, see what readiness material has been added or updated this month, and find information about bug fixes and known issues.

Click the Demos link.

In the All 2025 and 2024 Demos section, click the Human Capital Management Demos link.

Click the View Readiness News link.

Scroll to bottom of page and highlight Maintenance Packs and Knows Issues links.
