Use Extract Monitoring

Use Extract Monitoring to review asynchronous extract jobs and synchronous user-defined query executions.

Select a Storage View

Use the View list to select the storage type for the jobs that you want to monitor.

• Select OCI Object Storage to view jobs associated with extracts that use OCI Object Storage.
• Select Universal Content Management to view jobs associated with extracts that use Universal Content Management.

The page displays jobs only for the selected storage type.

Monitor Asynchronous Extract Jobs

Select the Asynchronous tab to monitor extract jobs that run in the background, such as scheduled extract jobs.

The tab displays the schedule name, request ID, status, start time, end time, and extract type for each job.

Manage Asynchronous Extract Jobs

In the Universal Content Management view, select an asynchronous extract job, and then select Actions. Depending on the job status, you can select Suspend Job, Cancel, or Resume.

Monitor Synchronous Query Executions

Select the Synchronous tab to monitor user-defined queries that run synchronously.

The tab displays the execution ID, query name, status, start time, end time, and error details for each execution.

Search and Filter Jobs

You can search for jobs in both the Asynchronous and Synchronous tabs.

1. Select the applicable tab.

2. Enter a name or execution ID in the search field.

3. Select the Search icon.

4. Use the available filters to narrow the results.

The Asynchronous tab provides filters for Request ID and Extract Type. The Synchronous tab provides filters for Execution ID, Start Time, and End Time.

Select Refresh to display the latest job status.

Download Extract Output

For an asynchronous extract job, select the Download icon in the Actions column to download the available extract output.
