Hands-on: Manage Orders Overview

This tutorial shows you how to build a page in Visual Builder Studio using Redwood components. As an example in this tutorial, you'll use the Welcome Page Template component to create a Manage Orders page to help order managers view and search for orders.

In this tutorial, you learn how to:

  • Create a workspace.
  • Create the Manage Orders list page.
  • Enable REST service for your data endpoint.
  • Configure your List Item Template with Data Columns.

Prerequisites
  • Download and install the Google Chrome browser (version 84 or later).

    Chrome is the only supported browser for Page Designer in Visual Builder Studio.

  • Allow third-party cookies in Chrome. You need to complete these steps to accept third-party cookies:
    1. Open Google Chrome.
    2. Click Customize and control Google Chrome (three vertical dots), and then click Settings.
    3. Click Privacy and security.
    4. Click Cookies and other site data.
    5. Click Allow all cookies.
    6. Close the Settings tab.
