Configure Access to External Collections

You configure content visibility for user groups and content processing authentication for external collections using either the Collection Wizard or Manage Collections, Collection Form.

You must specify whether the content in this collection will be visible to all users, or to specified groups of users. You must also specify whether the content acquisition process needs authorization to access one or more of the web sites that hosts the documents in the collection.
