Add Model Questions

You can add model questions to an intent.

1. At the Model Question page, enter a model question in the Add a Model Question field and click Add.

   The model question appears, along with any previously entered model questions, in the Model Questions list.

2. You can view the user questions that are related to your intent. Select the model question and then click Check Related Questions.

3. To find user questions that match the new intent exactly, type the question and click Find an Exact Match. If there are exact matches to the model question, they will display in the field.
4. To find user questions related to the new intent, click Related Questions.

   The list of questions related to the intent displays. These questions may contain a word, phrase or synonym in the selected model question. For example, for the "Service Request" intent, some related questions might be "log service request', or "access service request". All user questions, including the new question you entered, appear in the field.

5. Select the user questions to match to the intent by clicking Include. Click Exclude to delete user questions.

   The user questions you choose to match the intent appear in the Selected Questions field.

6. Click Next.
