View Analytics Data Tables

You can see information on how each report is constructed. This information includes the data tables and filters used for each report, as well as the expressions and data types used for each column. Administrators in particular will find this information useful.

• To view data table and column information on an open Analytics report, select Definition, View at the top of the screen. All of the table and filter information for the report displays.

• To view data table and column information from the Data Dictionary, in the Navigation panel, select Configuration, Database, Data Dictionary and then scroll to find the data tables. The data table or column information displays. Most Analytics data tables have an okcs prefix.

When you create an analytics report, the data tables return data from the previous 90 days. However, the following data tables will return data from the latest 100, 000 records:

• OKCS Tasks (okcs_tasks). The tasks set up for articles.

• OKCS Content Locale Requests (okcs_content_locale_requests). Article translation requests.

• OKCS Recommendation (okcs_recommendations). The content recommendation data created in the KA Authoring database.

• OKCS Content Ratings (okcs_content_ratings). The ratings set up in KA authoring.

• OKCS Content Ratings Details (okcs_content_rating_details). The ratings given to articles.

• OKCS Subscriptions (okcs_subscriptions)
