Words without Concepts
You may encounter words that have no associated concepts or are not recognized by the knowledge base; these are unknown words. Use this report to see the number of unknown words and where in the knowledge base they exist. and identify the areas of the knowledge base that might require tuning. For example, you might tune the unknown words by applying concepts to them.
In addition to the unknown words, this report shows the number and percentage of questions that contain unknown words in the specified date range. It is sorted by the number of questions with the unknown words (Question Count column) so you see the words used most often in user questions at the top of the report.
