Download Apache Logs

You can request and download the Apache logs for any B2C Service site you own.

To download the Apache logs:

1. From the Administration page, scroll down to find the Request Apache Logs section.
2. Click Request.
3. Enter the field information:

   Field	Description
   Site Name	The B2C Service site name.
   VHost	The VHost for the interface on the site.
   Date in Past 90 Days	Log date. The date must be specified in the local time zone of the data center.
   Remote Host IP	Optional field to specify remote host IP address for additional filtering.
   Request URI Keyword	Optional field to specify a keyword in the request URI for additional filtering.

4. Click Submit.
5. Click Refresh on the top-right of the Administration page until the Download button appears for the requested log under the site name in Request Apache Logs section.
6. Click Download.
