Generate a Certificate Signing Request

You must generate a third-party certificate from DigiCert with “Apache” specified as the server platform.

The information you provide when generating a CSR in Configuration Assistant must be identical to the information you provide to the third-party certificate vendor when requesting the certificate. Although Configuration Assistant will not technically block the uploading of multiple certificate vendors, DigiCert is the only supported B2C Service vendor for the product.
  1. From the SSL Certificates page, click Generate CSR.
