Service Health Monitoring

You can monitor the overall health of the Oracle B2C Service application using REST APIs. The Service Health Metrics REST APIs fetch the current health status for various services and features available within the Oracle B2C Service application. For details of this feature, refer to Answer 12835.

Enable Service Health Metrics

To enable Service Health Metrics for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. From the Configuration Assistant main page, click the Service site for which you want to enable Service Health Metrics.
  2. Click the Integrations tile.
  3. On the Service Integrations page, scroll down to Service Health Metrics.
  4. Click Enable.
  5. In the Enable Health Metrics Endpoint window, copy and paste your public key.
  6. Click Save.

The enablement process should be very quick. If successful, a pop-up window displays a message indicating that the public key has been uploaded successfully.

Update the Public Key for Service Health Metrics

To update the public key for Service Health Metrics, follow these steps:

  1. From the Configuration Assistant main page, click the Service site for which you want to enable Service Health Metrics.
  2. Click the Integrations tile.
  3. On the Service Integrations page, scroll down to Service Health Metrics.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In the Edit Health Metrics Endpoint window, copy and paste your new public key.
  6. Click Save.
