agent desktop
The graphical user interface that staff members use when working with records, mailings, surveys,
campaigns, and standard and custom reports. Agent desktop also refers to a set of complementary features in B2C Service,
including workspaces, workspace rules, guides, agent scripts, script rules, workflows, and add-ins, each representing a different,
powerful way of interacting with records in the knowledge base. While each component serves a distinct purĀpose,
they can be used together to create a highly adaptive work environment. See also administration interface
