Answers page

A page on the customer portal where customers can view answers and search the knowledge base. Customers can view individual answers or search the knowledge base using selection criteria to narrow their search. If additional elements are enabled, customers can also search documents, websites, and communities. See also Web Indexer and Social Experience communities.
