Deactivate a Survey

When you change the survey status to Inactive, customers cannot submit responses to the survey and receive a warning message when attempting to access the survey URL.

  1. On the Summary tab of an open survey, click Deactivate next to Survey Status.
    The Disable Survey window opens.
  2. Click Yes to confirm you want to deactivate the survey.
    The survey status changes to Inactive.
  3. To reactivate the survey, click Activate.
    The Activate Survey window opens.
  4. Click Yes to confirm you want to activate the survey.

Results:

The survey status changes to Active.
