Edit Items from the Edit Items Window

If you want to add or edit several items on list, menu, or option controls, it can be faster to do so from the Edit Items window than from the Design tab. You can reorder items from the window as well as add and edit items on the control.

1. From an open workspace or script, right-click the control on the design space and select Edit List Items, Edit Items, or Edit Radio Buttons, depending on the type of control you select.
   The Edit Items window opens. The window lists all the menu items, list items, or radio buttons on the control.
2. To add another item to the control, click Add Item and enter the item text.
3. To edit item text, select the item in the list and click Edit Item.
4. To remove an item from the list, select the item you want to remove and click Delete Item.
5. To reorder items in the list, select the item you want to reorder and click the up or down arrow to move the item where you want it.
6. Click OK.
