Prompt Agents to Search for a Record to Load
Use this procedure to add search reports for the Load element.
- From your open workflow, click a Load element on the canvas. The Element Tools tab displays on the ribbon.
- Click Search Report. The Select Report window opens.
By default, the standard report for searching the designated record type is selected. For example, if you are loading an incident, the Incident Search report is selected by default.
- Select a primary report to display in the Search window.
- Click OK.
- To select a secondary search report to display in the Search window, click Secondary Search Report. The Select Report window opens.
- Select a secondary report.
- Click OK.
- Select a secondary search record from the Secondary Search Record button group.
- To load a quote, quote product, or task, click a button in the Parent Record button group to select the parent of the record you want to load.

To name the record, click New Record Name and enter the name in the
working record label.
The new record name appears in the Working Record button group for elements of the same record type.
