Sync a Contact Between Outlook and B2C Service

Sync a contact between Outlook and B2C Service.

1. From Outlook, click on the contact you want to sync.
2. Click Sync Contact.
   If you have not previously shared Outlook data, you must enter your B2C Service user name and password to verify your permission before continuing.
   A message lets you know that the contact was synchronized successfully.
3. Click OK.

Results:

B2C Service now contains a contact record associated with the contact you shared.
