Use OAuth Authorization to Access the Connect REST API

You can use an external identity provider (IdP) to store your credentials, and use these credentials for making requests to the Connect REST API. You can also use these credentials to make requests to the Knowledge Advanced REST API.

You must perform these tasks to use an external IdP for making REST API requests.
  1. Configure the External Identity Provider.
  2. Download a security certificate from the external IdP to your local computer.
  3. Configure B2C Service for OAuth Authorization.
