Change the Interface Display Name

You may decide you want to change the name of the interface as it displays for staff members.

Changing the interface name affects only the display of the interface name as it appears to staff members on the agent desktop. URLs to your interface continue to use the original interface name.

1. Click Configuration on the navigation pane.
2. Expand Site Configuration, and then double-click Interfaces.
3. Click the interface name you want to edit.
4. Enter the new interface name in the Display Name text box.
5. Click Save.
