Process Log for Asynchronous CPMs

Custom process provides a read-only report with execution details of the asynchronous CPMs.

Before you start

Your profile must have the appropriate Analytics permission to view the report.
The Process Log report is applicable only for asynchronous CPMs.

Enabling the report:

The report is available for viewing after raising an SR in https://cx.rightnow.com/.

Here's what to do

  1. Click Analytics on the navigation pane.
  2. Double-click Reports Explorer.
    The explorer opens on the content pane with the folders tree on the left and a detailed list of the selected folder's contents on the right.
  3. Open the Public Reports folder.
  4. Right-click the CPM Process Log report and click Open.
  5. From the Object Type drop-down menu, select the type of object you want to view.
  6. Apply other filters available in the report, such as Created date time, Object ID, Status, and Script name.

Results:

The Process Log report displays the list of async CPMs triggered against the selected object, and reports all details of the CPM, such as Script name, Hook that triggered it, Created date time, Queued date time, Process Start Time, Process End Time, Status, and so on.
