Create announcements and quick links

Your business can create announcements and quick links for your agents to see on the dashboard.

To create announcements and quick links:

1. Log into the Oracle CX Commerce dashboard using your admin user ID and password.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Click Agent Console Settings, and then the Announcements or Quick Links tab.
4. For announcements, do the following:
   1. Click New Announcement. The Announcements dialog appears.
   2. Use the text field to create the announcement. Text tools are available to customize the announcement.
   3. Click Enabled to publish the announcement to the agent dashboard.
   4. Click Create.
5. For quick links, do the following:
   1. Click New Link. The New Link dialog appears.
   2. Enter the link title text and the URL for the link in the fields.
   3. Click Enable to publish the quick link to the agent dashboard.
   4. Click Create.
