Multicurrency

If your store is available in more than one currency (including loyalty points):

  • You will see totals in the Sales reports for one currency only. You can export these reports to view all related data.
  • Data will not be available if after adding a new language to your store you then run reports with that newly added language selected as the content language. You can either select a different language or wait for the data to refresh (typically the next day).
