Whitelisting Oracle Data Cloud platform data in Google

To deliver first-party data for Display & Video 360, YouTube TV, and Google Ad Manager, your Google account must be whitelisted for targeting. If your account is not whitelisted, data deliveries to Google fail. Whitelisting is a one-time operation.

First-party data whitelisting

To deliver audiences containing first-party data to Google Display & Video 360, YouTube TV, and Google Ad Manager, you must whitelist Oracle Data Cloud and Datalogix in Google's system following these steps:

  1. Contact your Google Account Manager and request an email agreement. :
  2. When you receive the agreement, reply with the following text: "On behalf of my company, I agree".
  3. Your Google account manager submits the following information to support teams:

    • Email agreement.
    • Your Display & Video, You Tube, or Google Ad Manager account number.

    • DLX or BK name (whichever data set needs to be whitelisted).

After Google receives the authorization email, the account is usually whitelisted within seven days. After whitelisting is complete, you can deliver 1st-party data to Google.

See Google Display & Video Whitelisting for more information.

If you see error messages during audience delivery that indicate that your account could not be whitelisted, contact your Google representative to have you account whitelisted. You can then deliver the audience again.
