Review the following steps to manage application and global connections using automated processes.

Managing Application Connections

Application connections to Oracle Cloud EPM applications and Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger applications support basic and OAuth2 authentication. You must register an OAuth2 client for each application connection. See Using OAuth2 in Cloud EPM Applications.

• Get an Application Connection
• For Financials Cloud General Ledger applications using OAuth2 authentication, to upload a private key file: Upload a Temporary File
• Update Application Connection
• Test Application Connection

Managing Global Connections

Global connections to Oracle Cloud EPM and Oracle Cloud ERP applications support basic and OAuth2 authentication. You must register an OAuth2 client for each global connection. See Using OAuth2 in Cloud EPM Applications.

Global connections to Oracle Object Storage support basic and API Signing Key authentication.

• Get all Global Connections
• Get a Global Connection
• For Cloud ERP connections using OAuth2 authentication or Oracle Object Storage connections using API Signing Key authentication, to upload a private key file: Upload a Temporary File
• Update Global Connection
• Test Global Connection
