Profitability and Cost Management manages the cost and revenue allocations necessary to compute profitability for business segments, such as products, customers, regions, and branches. It enables you to use cost decomposition, consumption-based costing, and scenario-playing to measure profitability for effective planning and decision support.
The Profitability and Cost Management business process is now available as the following two separate applications:
Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management, a more modern implementation of the features available in Profitability and Cost Management, provides seamless integration with other Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud components.
