Air-Gapped Backup in a Secondary Region

To ensure advanced data protection, Oracle creates backup of snapshots to air-gapped volumes in Oracle storage buckets in secondary regions. Such backups ensure the survivability of data in case of a production site outage and minimize unauthorized access opportunities.
