Virus Scan on Uploaded Files in OCI (Gen 2) Environments

To satisfy the requirement of uploaded files to be scanned for virus, OCI (Gen 2) EPM Cloud environments provide an option to enable the virus scan on uploaded files. When this option is enabled, each uploaded file is scanned for virus. If a virus is detected, the file is not uploaded.
