Maintain Application Folder
Purge files from the inbox, outbox, and
data folder directories enabling you to specify a separate Days to Keep
parameter for each of the folders.
The Maintain Application Folder script process purges files from the
inbox, outbox, and data
folder directories. Data Integration
accepts a separate Days to Keep parameter for each of the folders. If the value is
not specified for a specific folder, Data Integration skips the folder.
By default, the system purges all files after 60 days. Logs are purged after 7 days.
In addition, Data Integration checks
the inbox and outbox subdirectories under the
respective folders and deletes any files. In the data subdirectory,
Data Integration skips the
scripts directory because it holds customer scripts.

When scheduling the Maintain Application Folder script, specify the following:
- Target Application: Select the target application to which to purge files.
- Days to keep Inbox directory: Specify the number of days to store the files in the Inbox directory.
- Days to keep Outbox directory: Specify the number of days to keep files in the Outbox directory
- Days to keep Data directory: Specify the number of days to keep files in the Data directory.
