Maintain Process Tables

Maintain Process tables.

This process maintains the following execution tables:

  • AIF_PROCESSES

  • AIF_PROCESS_DETAILS

  • AIF_PROCESS_LOGS

  • AIF_PROCESS_PARAMETERS

  • AIF_PROCESS_PERIODS

  • AIF_PROCESS_STEPS

  • AIF_BAL_RULE_LOADS

  • AIF_BAL_RULE_LOAD_PARAMS

  • AIF_BATCH_JOBS

  • AIF_BATCH_LOAD_AUDIT

  • AIF_TEMP

To run the Maintain Process Tables task:

  1. From the Data Integration home page, and then from the Actions menu, then from the Other actions drop-down, select System Maintenance Tasks.

  2. From System Maintenance page, click Image shows Select icon. to the right of the Maintain Process Table task.

  3. From the Run Script: Maintain Process Tables page, and then from Days to keep records, specify the number of days to keep records in the execution tables.

  4. Click OK.
